Add slack notification when assigning ticket to someone

The new slack notification system is 7.4 is great, however i would like to add notification in slack when assigning a ticket to an admin. Eg... Mitch assigns ticket to Jose, Jose in slack gets notification a new ticket has been assigned to him. This will resolve the issue of missed tickets when away from the PC and we have slack running on mobile devices so a nice push notificaton popup will happen :)

This might just be what i want..... John can you let me know if the option for slack notification on ADDING A TICKET NOTE to assigned ticket is also available?
