I’d like to request a small but impactful improvement: the ability to add predefined products/services directly to invoices, the same way we can on quotes.
Currently, when preparing invoices, we have to manually type out product details each time. This is time-consuming and risks inconsistencies in pricing and descriptions, especially when billing for one-off services that are already set up as products in WHMCS.
Allowing us to simply select an existing product and add it to an invoice—just as we do with quotes—would:
Save significant admin time
Reduce manual entry errors
Keep billing descriptions consistent across invoices and quotes
It feels like a natural extension of functionality already present in the system, and it would really streamline daily operations for hosts and agencies like ours.
