How can we improve WHMCS?

We love the feature that allows emails to get piped into WHMCS using POP3. We'd like to ensure we keep a copy of the original email though for retention and compliance.

While it is possible to work around this issue by forwarding records to a secondary email, such a solution could become costly and disorganized for companies that have multiple departments and want to keep email records organized.
