How can we improve WHMCS?

"Add Note" via Email



To better use the ticket system via email, it would be VERY handy for admin/support/sales people to be able to respond to a ticket via email, but ADD A NOTE, that the client cant see.

Thoughts? VOTE IT UP PLEASE
