The GetTickets API call currently includes a field for the last reply date, which is helpful for sorting tickets by their most recent activity. However, we also use ticket notes frequently, and it would be helpful to have a field for the last note date and time in the response.
Currently, the only way to get the last note date and time is to make a separate GetTicketNotes API call for each ticket. This is a cumbersome process, especially when dealing with a large number of tickets.
I would like to request that you add a field for the last note date and time to the GetTickets API call response. This would make it much easier for us to track the most recent activity on tickets, and it would save us a lot of time.
