How can we improve WHMCS?

Please add flags in tickets ( in the main menu) to mark the tickets having
similar problems by color.

There is an an example of how the feature looks like at other ticket systems ( see the attached screenshorts).

There should be also the ability to add and remove those markers ( flags ) from the tickets previously marked by a particular color.
