Add check all/uncheck all options to WHM Import Script Page

It would be super useful if there was the ability to to check all/uncheck all tickboxes on the WHM Import Script Account List page.
This would also make consistent with other lists (such as Clients > View/Search Clients and Orders > View All Orders).
