Add an option to automatically accept all orders

Add a bloody button that allows us to disable the "fraud protection" and automatically accept all orders. I can't get the hook to work and I don't have time to sit around all day clicking Accept Order in WHMCS.

With WHMCS at presents it's always necessary to manually approve pending orders even if all the services/domains have been provisioned automatically. This gives you an opportunity to keep track of new orders received and run any manual checks your business practices require.
