How can we improve WHMCS?

Hi,
Please add an abandoned carts information without the need to use MailChimp integration.

We need a way to get the abandoned carts information for any registered client that added product to the cart but did not purchased - and also the information of unregistered client that did the same.

The best way will be to get the to a table within WHMCS so we can set up a mail that will be sent to them.
It will be superb if we could access the information is such a table via API also.

The reason for not using mailchimp is that the integration included transfering all of my client information outside of my WHMCS - regardless if they abandoned a cart or not. Also the free tire in mailchimp is quite limited.

Abandoned carts information is something quite basic and should be available directly within WHMCS.
