How can we improve WHMCS?

Currently the afterProductUpgrade hook point runs during downgrades, but doesn't contain the upgradeid value expected despite the order being created and the upgrade being logged to tblupgrades (so it should be possible to get it). Please ensure stop running this hook point during downgrades and add a new hook point called afterProductDowngrade with the ID so it can be used to communicate changes to external systems, such as manual provisioning systems that require admins to be notified and make exact changes.
