Frequently we have a reference URL for a network issue, such as an upstream provider outage, that would be handy to include with the network issue, but which clients don't need to see. This way if staff are checking on the status of an issue (ie: for updates) they can go to the network issue in the admin area then see the reference URL (perhaps this would be visible in the Client Area for logged in admins as well).
This could either be just a simple URL field, or a full admin notes field where admins could provide internal notes related to an incident.
