Add a way to update a Ticket Predefined Reply via the API

Hi,
I can see that I can read the information with the GetTicketPredefinedReplies API call - But there is no way to create a new one or update an existing one via the api.

Please add such a way.
Thanks!
Ram

Hi John,
I hope you're doing well.

To give you a better understanding of the benefit this would provide, let me give you an example scenario:

I conduct a Zoom webinar each month for my customers and send the Zoom invite via my mailing system (outside of WHMCS since WHMCS Email Campaigns system is quite limited). However, I also use the Predefined Replies in the ticket system to send a manual invite via the ticket system to customers who ask about it or when I need to.

I have an automatic system (using make.com) that creates a new Zoom meeting as soon as the current Zoom meeting is ending. This means that the moment my Zoom is ending, a new Zoom meeting is opened, my WordPress website is automatically updated with the new Zoom date, time, and subject, etc. So, a client can register to my new Zoom right away without waiting for me to manually open the Zoom meeting and updating everywhere.

The only place I have to manually update the information is in the WHMCS Predefined Replies in the ticket system, since there is no way to do it via the API. This is time-consuming, and can lead to potential errors.

Having an API command to automate this process would save me time and ensure that the information is always up-to-date and accurate. Furthermore, it would make WHMCS more flexible and suitable to clients' needs as it would allow for integration with other systems, making it easier to automate certain tasks and processes.

In general, adding API commands are good practice as it allows for more flexibility and automation, making it more convenient and efficient for users.

Please let me know your thoughts on this and if there is any other information that you need.

Best regards,
Ram
Hi Ram,
Thanks for taking the time to provide this suggestion.
What benefit would this API command provide to you over the current workflow of doing so via the WHMCS admin area?
