How can we improve WHMCS?

Good morning,

I would like to add a new hook to WHMCS similar to ServiceDelete (https://developers.whmcs.com/hooks-reference/service/#servicedelete) but before the service is deleted.
This would allow us to obtain the information about the service that is being deleted and make calls to APIs with the service and user information.
I asked support if there was any alternative to what I want to do and they recommended that I create a request here since there is no such functionality.
