Activity logging during first credit card payment & credit card expires

Currently, when customer:
1. Make first credit card payment (Pay method added - no activity log entry)
2. Credit Card expired (WHMCS remove pay method - no activity log entry)
Please include activity log entry for the above 2 activities for easier tracking and tracing.
