Ability to turn off/on automated payment methods

Hi,
It would be handy to be able to define which payment methods that can be automated, for example we don't automate card payments but want to automate Go Cardless.
Unfortunately with the Cron parameter skip --ProcessCreditCardPayments disables all automated payment methods.
What would be best is that we can go into each payment method and be able to toggle automatic on or off.
