How can we improve WHMCS?

When using the affiliate system, the aff.php scripts redirects to the location configured for the "Domain" setting under Configuration > System Settings > General Settings > General tab. This isn't always the same as where WHMCS is installed, and can potentially lead to confusion for referred clients. While it is possible to use the "Domain" setting to change the redirect location or edit the aff.php script to do it in the code directly, neither of these solutions are ideal.

It would be good to have an optional setting that could be used to override the redirect location, which would be easier than the above options.
