Ability to refund transactions without invoices

Sometimes people have paypal subscriptions after cancelling their services. With this there is no invoice with the transaction, just the transaction it self. We should be able to refund transactions from WHMCS that have no invoice.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback,. I can advise this is posisble via the Billing > Transactions List > Add Transactions tab.
