To my surprise it is not possible to set a from name of emails send by the support system. Support emails are sent with the from name as the company name set at Configuration (wrench icon) > System Settings > General Settings plus the support department name. This is why you are seeing "My Company Support", "My Company Sales",... This format cannot be changed.
