Frequently we have clients that email us for support from secondary email addresses, but since they're not communicating with us from their registered email account, we have to have the client verify their identity each time before we can help.
It would be great if clients had a spot where they could add alternate email addresses.
Since WHMCS already has the "Contacts" feature built in, it would make sense to utilize this and simply make it so that the address and phone number fields are *all* optional (currently only "Address 2" shows as optional). This way a client could add a contact and control email notifications for the contact using the existing interface.
