Submitting support tickets is a giant hassle if you have MFA / 2FA enforced for admins - support cannot log in.
Fix support logins by allowing us to disable MFA on specific admin accounts.

Hi Sean,
Admins in the Support Operator role can certainly login to the admin area with two factor authentication enabled.
You can also make two factor optional for admins:
https://docs.whmcs.com/system/authentication/authentication-tutorials/require-2fa/
Does that meet your needs?
