Support Ticket Escalations improvement

Hello

please add this useful options to "Support Ticket Escalations" .

1- add reply if contain phrase

2- add reply if ticket opened by customer . because when admin open a ticket no need to add robots reply !

3- add reply only one time ! because clients dont like to robots reply many times in tickets
