Private Notes In-between Replies in Tickets

It would be very helpful to be able to add private ticket notes in between customer facing replies.

Currently all notes are kept at the top of the ticket.

Example: A customer relies to the ticket. Directly after their reply I could add a private note.

This would allow staff to read the ticket from beginning to end and see all replies and notes as they happened in chronological order.
