Pre-defined Ticket Replies (iWHMCS)

In the latest version of the iOS app, iWHMCS, we have no ability to insert predefined replies into support tickets, which is really very important, and a big reason I purchased the addon and carry the app with me.

There is another Feature Request containing multiple requests in one, which does contain this request, however I'm submitting this one to break it into its own request so votes are non-contingent on the other requests in that one.

The android app have the same limitation, this feature will be great for a future release.

Also seeking this functionality for aWHMCS. This is a very important feature for those that work alone and/or are away from their primary computer a lot. Please consider!

Hi, both the iWHMCS and aWHMCS apps now support predefined replies in ticket replies. Once configured in the admin area of WHMCS, admins can insert a predefined reply via a contextual menu in the ticket reply screen.
