iWHMCS app additions

Below are a few things I would love to see in the new ios App:

1 - The ability to use pre-defined replies in ticket response. This was a feature in the old iWHMCS and for mobile tickt replies it's quite crucial to be able to reply using a pre-defined reply instead of typing out an entire message on a mobile device.

2 - The ability to assign/flag tickets to a specific staff member.

3 - The ability to add notes to a ticket (this was also on the old iWHMCS)

The above 3 would make a huge difference and would really help enhance the app and it's functionality.

You don't appear able to DELETE a ticket with the new iWHMCS, but you can Close it. Can you add the ability (that we have in WHMCS) to delete a ticket?

These all would make great additions! Also consider for aWHMCS, please.

Hi, both aWHMCS and iWHMCS now support predefined replies in ticket replies and adding ticket notes from within the apps. I strongly suggest opening a separate feature request for allowing admins to tag/assign tickets to staff members. The more focused and specific the feature request, the easier it is to find and vote on in the feature request system.
