Department Name Translations

We should be able to translate the name of the support departments name and description.
The only workaround actually possible is to manage it from smarty, but it is not an option because if we are making the slightest change to the departments name, we have to change the template to support the new changes again. This should be completely independant from smarty.

This feature request makes up a larger project that aims for us to supporting multiple languages in more detail.
In the mean time what the original poster wishes for can be achieved by customization of the template files:

This is a very important feature for users that not use English language.
Hope WHMCS team can consider this.

This would be nice and also to have a second email address or alias for that department. Example, if your sales department tickets are going to [email protected], you could add an email alias in that language. This is very easy and allows you give a translated email account to those users which would match the department (the email is just a forwarding not a real account, it just sends to your regular ticket email account).
Right now this does not work in WHMCS because if you create an alias that is send to that department in other languages, WHMCS will reject the tickets as not recognized email because its not configured for that department.
So besides allowing the translation of name departments, they should also allows to add more than one authorized email address per department for ticket piping.
And while you are at it, how about translating payment modules names as well? Example, if you change a module to be named Credit Cards as payment option, it will also be the same for all languages just like with the ticket departments.
This plugin, will solve the problem, but the price is so high.

WHMCS should have the functionality that offers the plugin suggested by FcbInfo
Yes, this is necessary, we have looked for solutions and we found all plugin very expensive.
I hope this feature is implemented in a future update
