Change ordering of support tickets on the Tickets tab of a client in the admin area

Under Consideration

Currently the Tickets tab on a client in the admin area sorts from oldest to newest. That means if you go here and try to look up the most recent ticket from a client, you potentially have to navigate through several dozen or more pages to get to it or sort by last reply. It would be good to have a setting that determines the sort order and applies to this tab and Support > Support Tickets as well, and could sort by oldest or newest.
