Hi There

We need to block KB article for all users.
No one should be able to access it even after logging in

Hi Team,

There are many articles that need modification as they may be out of date– So we want the capability to be able to hide them from customers until we have modified them. We do not want to remove them.

What is the end goal of having articles in this state?

It sounds like they would like a "Draft" status to hide an old article until they have time to update it.
But looking at it, it would be great to have "Draft" and "Archived".
