It would be great to have an export to quickbooks module. My company uses quickbooks for time management and accounting for web development work. It drives us nuts to have to enter all the WHMCS invoices at the end of the year!

Hi all!!

We just released a fantastic new module that automatically integrates your WHMCS system with your QuickBooks Online company!

Featuring automatic syncing of invoices, automatic mapping of clients and products, and real-time updates, you'll wonder how you kept your books before our module!

Check it out along with more of its features here!

What about multi currency. which module is able to support multi currency exporting the data from WHMCS to QB Desktop...?

We have about 7 currencies that we use very pro actively and onesaas.com or consolibyte they were not able to help us with that feature (a year ago).
After searching everywhere, I found this: http://www.onesaas.com/ and was able to implement integration. It works pretty nicely, and does more than just WHMCS>QBO integration. We are still working out the kinks, but it looks like we will keep using this solution.

My mother is a bookkeeper of over 15 years (and does the books for my biz and is my virtual assistant).

So while online is fine, that would be 2 separate projects for WHMCS to work on. Online is very limited in terms of what it can do compared to the Desktop version.
I'd take the limited version of the quickbooks online integration.. We need it!

What about Quickbooks Online integration?
Hi,
We have developed best module (NST Quickbook Module for WHMCS) that used to export data from WHMCS to Quickbook having several features.

Please have a look over list of features . you can contact us for demo.
Thanks

Does anyone have a more efficient manner for now, to enter sales into QB? I create the transaction report, then summarize by GL code. If we could even associate a gl code with each product(maybe we can) and include that in the transaction export that would make it easier to input sales at summary level into QB.
Please add this feature!
I think the problem with this feature is that there are not enough people that are willing to pay what it would cost to develop and maintain such a integration. I am 100% positive that the WHMCS team has looked at this many times and came to the same conclusion.
I tried the consolibyte web page in the last, 4 months??. Didn't work. Automation is king these days. WHMCS talking to Quickbooks, accessiable api's? Amazing! Killer! Unfortunately we live in today, not the future.

Hi,

Can you give me some instruction on how to use this feature for integrating it with quickbooks? A step by step tutorial will be great!
I would agree with that. WHMCS should at least work on an export feature that would import and generate Invoices/clients/payments in quickbooks.
I for one would "like" this feature. Do I "need" it? No, but it would be a huge time saver. Especially since my bookkeeper has no clue how to use WHMCS. I too looked at the consolibyte web site and agree it's discouraging. It does purport to do what I would like, but I have issue paying MORE per month for that one integration than I do for WHMCS.
I personally need this feature like you wouldn't believe. WHMCS is not a ledger, quickbooks is - well run businesses need to produce P&L's, balance sheets etc. Please help us move passed the laborious manual data entry from WHMCS to quickbooks each month!

P.S. I own 4 tech businesses and one of them already uses WHMCS. Another one of them uses Ubersmith but wants to leave them because of their new pricing and lack of development. It's features like this one that will help me leave Ubersmith and move yet another company to the sweet goodness that is WHMCS.
