Make it possible to perform domain availability checks via a domain registrar.
This will provide the ability to:

Perform more performant searches
Obtain more information about an available domain such as Premium status and pricing
Provide domain suggestions to end users
Avoid whois lookup rate limiting

Yes we can confirm the new domain registrar module APIs that power the domain availability checking will be accessible to all via domain registrar modules and documentation for doing this is being worked on currently and will be made available soon.
