Option to filter by product / service status on ticket.
We need a way to hide Cancelled products from the customer Product/Service in the ticket system.
We want to see there only Pending and Active Product/Services.
Please add such a filter with an option so set what information will be visible automatically.
In addition, we should be able to filter by type of service such as Domain, Hosting etc in areas such as adding a ticket or client front end
