I think we should have a save draft option on admin panel, for ticket replies

I also think yes! Many times we have to pick up the phone or.. .etc...
Its a simple but very useful feature that i think it could be easily implemented.
We temporarily copy ticket reply to ticket notes. Then, we copy it back when ready to reply.
But, we would like to have a ticket reply AUTO SAVE , ea. each 5 min., feature.
