How can we improve WHMCS?

We have a Dutch website with descriptions in Dutch for our products, however sometimes also have clients from abroad who want to sign up for our services. The problem is that they can't order because the descriptions are all in Dutch. There is no way to translate the order form/shopping cart so that's basically my feature request: to be able to make the shopping cart/order form multi lingual.

There already is an addon that does this but it seems silly that you can't do this in WHMCS by default:
