How can we improve WHMCS?

I was sure this was going to be existing when we upgraded to 6.3.0, hopefully we can get a quick add in 6.3.2. For years we have gotten unwanted support requests from clients because they can't manage to login to their recently created account. Often case this is because they don't expect that the e-mail login is case sensitive, as by any standard definition, they aren't.

This has in recent times become more of an issue with people registering on phones & tablets where in some cases the phone will auto-capitalize the first letter of the e-mail address.

To this end, please transform the email input and sql match to lower case; I expect this is all of a 2 minute code change :).
