We would like to see the ability to transfer tickets between departments within the iWHMCS application.
I am marking this one as completed. I've tested in the latest iWHMCS and can confirm that tickets can be moved between departments.
Do you mean transferring Tickets between different departments? If so, this is already applicable within the "Other" tab while you're in the ticket.
i mean if a client submit a ticket and then staff like to transfer to other dept
This is already available by selecting the "Other" tab from within the tickets view. If the support staff is not assigned to that department, they would not be able to see the ticket however
I talk about iwhmcs applcication I dont see no place that I can transfer that ticket to other dept

I think that now it can be done.
You can open the ticket in the app and then go to departments and choose the relevant department you want to transfer the ticket to.
