iPhone app refresh

The iPhone app feels dated and old. It could do with a refresh to support newer phones such as 7/8 plus and iPhone X!

A little app make over is needed too :)

I agree with this, the app hasn’t been touched for almost 3 years when they modernised it

For the iPhone 5! Also if you do decide to update the app

Could we add notifications when support tickets come through

You can get push notifications using our integrations with HipChat and Slack. Have you tried those?

Does 'in Progress' mean that it gets a full Make-Over amd an IOS 12 LOOK OR JUST SOME ADDED FEATURES. also the android version is waiting too

There are currently quite a few functionality issues with the app, naming a few below:

Issues:

  • If you write a ticket reply, but need to check something on a user's profile for example, it will not save your response and you'll have to start again.
  • When viewing a product that is not using a default server type (i.e. cPanel), you can't view any services with that server type, resulting in an Error: ID Not Found.
  • After submitting a reply to a ticket, the ticket number at the navigation bar at the bottom doesn't update until you click on another category and click back.
  • If you swipe down to look at notifications whilst in the app, it will then prompt you to re-enter your PIN code to view the app again.

Current app are designed only for MASTER administrator, I think this shouldn´t be like this, hope the new app be better.

I have cancelled my app license until new app release comes.

Will point some issues i found that could also be problema for other users, if so, lets vote to ensure all things wil be fixed with new app, otherwise we will wait long time again.

1- would be nice if new app allows us to edit name of our company, instead of having aWHMCS and iWHMCS on the top off main page.

2 - Curently app works with SAME API access to all users, this means, if we want for exemple full administrator to access the app and also sales departament, or even support department, roles permitions will be the SAME for all users, I have tested support department on the app and support department are able to do everything that full administrador can do, please FIX IT.
