Includes all the features in Version 2.3 plus the following:
Include any amounts involving a Google promotion in notifications.
Include information about co-funded promotions in Merchant calculations (tax and shipping) callback messages.
Include information about transaction fees in notifications.
when whmcs will use Google checkout api 2.4?
