Display the name of the person who last replied on the ticket list.

Currently there is no way to know who is handling the ticket or who last replied to the ticket in the list view. We do get to know the same only on opening the ticket.

If it could be displayed it will do a lot of good for us.

is there a way to filter tickets by flag? if i'm setting a ticket to a specific supporter (via the flag option) - how can i search all the tickets that's assign to this supporter?

i think that the assigned supporter should be a separate field so you can filter is, use it in reports and so on. today it's part of the department field and not a standalone field and it is a problem....


status is changed to Completed?? why?
