I think that build in email client (like in feng office, vtiger or sugarcrm) for admin users would be nice idea - email to ticket, indyvidual quotation, email archive, etc.

Maybe only possibility to disable ticket numbering for some departments and possibility for staff members to respond from their email accounts registered in whmcs ([email protected], [email protected], etc)
