Automatic Unsuspend Client Notifications

As an Administrator, it would be helpful if once I unsuspended a client through WHMCS - they were automatically notified via Email notification from a pre-built, but customizable template within WHMCS.

Not sure if you're talking about clients or services.

We definetely need a "service unsuspension" email, it would cut down on a lot of work! Also, some configurable suspension reasons (drop-down menu maybe) would also help.

+1 . Lots of tickets - Please unsuspend me - after they pay. And there are about 1-2% of renewals every month who forget to pay or just pay late till we automatically/manually suspend.

I would like this. I have a manual template I send out on un-suspends right now but something like this would be much easier.

If you have an email template already created you can use the hooks to automatically send the email after unsuspend, Take a look in the documentation at the hook points, you will be able to decide which point you need to trigger the email sending.

Im just thinking here, i dont know why i didnt suggest it sooner.

on the payment confirmation emails. you can check the date the payment was made. If the date today is past the invoice due date, if so use an {if} block to add in a notice the account has been unsuspended. no need for another template to do it, just one email to check the date and status with all they need to know about the payment and status if their service.

Yes, there is no need to send clicnet a lot of e-mails just because you can not setup "smart" template.

This feature request should be marked as "Implemented" because in WHMCS 6.x, this is already a feature. There is a template called "Service Unsuspension Notification" and when you Unsuspend a product, there is a checkbox asking you if you want to send the Unsuspend notification or not.
