Hello,
It would be best if WHMCS has a feature for "web view" of emails sent so that user can see the email properly if it's not showing properly on their email due to some problems.

Thanks for the suggestion.
As an immediate option you could add a link to the email history page: /clientarea.php?action=emails
This link could be added to the global email footer under General Settings > Mail tab.
