add to the Support Ticket Escalations system a new condition - ticket is flag / assign to
Please add to the Support Ticket Escalations system a new condition - ticket is flag / assign to.
Let's say I want to move / escalate any ticket that's on open status in my support department and that is flag / assign to one of my admins - Now there is no way to select only tickets that's flag / assign to a specific admin.
This can be beneficial in case of a new admin that you want to monitor or when one admin is on leave and you want to move all his tickets to a new one - and much more.
I can select the admin to move / escalate the ticket to (in the Actions section) - but there is no way to select the admin to escalate the tickets from.
