In order to better track, and manage my tickets - I would like the ability to add tags to them so I can better identify common issues, track tickets, etc.
Also, the same thing for orders. Sometimes we have pending orders that we can't accept for whatever reason, and we'd like to have the ability to add a tag stating the reason for that pending order.
The ability to "flag" a ticket for "make into a kb article" and an associated report of those is a definate needed feature.
