Notifications After Ticket Options Change

Ticket is opened or replied,no matter the status but exists, the admin

may change the status/department/priotity and JUST saves the new options without to reply! This should be very flexible to send emails,sms or update other addon proccess

Thanks for your feedback.

I'm pleased to advise that in v6.3 we added the ability to "Watch" tickets. waters will receive all updates to the ticket via email (including status changes).
