How can we improve WHMCS?

Right now, we make use of MarketConnect on many of our hosting packages. So when payment reminders go out, the email template for the reminder stipulates the invoice total (Hosted product plus addon). However when the suspension email goes out, this email template does not include addon value at all and only includes the hosted product's price.

Now inherently this is no problem, however client very rarely read their invoice information and act only on the data they see in front of them. On a few occasions now, clients have made a payment based on what the suspension email price indicates, instead of the invoice amount. This never used to be an issue, and we made very little use of spam add-ons ro Weebly add-ons, but since these are on the rise in our business, the suspension email templates need to be updated to reflect invoice value instead of specific line-item values.
