How can we improve WHMCS?

Starting in February 2022 Moneris/MasterCard/VISA will send new decline response codes and will charge fees starting in April for repeated CC charging requests if certain response codes have been sent and the charges are tried again: https://www.moneris.com/en/support/compliance-and-security/compliance-notices/ [section "February 2022 - New Decline Codes"]
WHMCS should be implementing the changes to the Moneris (Canada) and probably other CC payment systems on time to avoid any fees to us and send notifications to admins if any of the new codes are being sent instead of keeping to try to charge.
