Stripe Sync with Custom Client Field

Today the Stripe gateway is simple and easy to configure, and the most important thing is that it works well, except that no custom client fields are transmitted to Stripe (or any other gateway), nor is the default field transmitted "Tax ID".
It would be important to be able to create a custom client field and "map" them to the Stripe gateway (or any other gateway) so that this becomes metadata.
It is common for us to have this important information that needs to be passed on to the gateway, especially that involving documents and tax obligations.
