Skipping the nameserver configuration page of a domain order

In our case there is no reason for asking for nameservers when ordering new domains or requesting transfer of existing domains because our clients will always use our standard nameservers.

In case of force nameservers enabled. On client's domain edition area "Manage Nameservers", option "Use custom nameservers (enter below)" shouldn’t be available.

We also use the same name servers for all our clients. So we shouldn’t ask them to fill the name servers on client’s subscription area.

It would be useful if on General Settings->Domains we were able to define that we want to force the name servers configured and on that case we didn’t ask client to fill the name servers on client’s subscription area.
