Set invoice paid when using other invoicing software

We use other invoice software but are happy with whmcs.
Unfortunatly services are blocked/not renewed and not updated when invoices are not paid.
I understand that i can set every invoice status PAID manually.
It would be nice to have a SQL query/hook or script to automatically set all send invoices paid a few minutes after they are generated.
