WHMCS needs a overall of the whole invoicing system along with statements etc. Either to follow along the lines of Xero and/or the ability to connect to Xero to allow Xero to generate invoices and manage them while being visible in WHMCS.
Clients with a single product is fine but when you have users with multiple products and a whole bunch of invoices it becomes a nightmare, the ability to send an statement like in Xero would help reduce some of the confusion and admin work.
