How can we improve WHMCS?

We've recently decided to add cryptocurrency payments through CoinPayments.net, but are confronted with various challenges.

While this payment method is used and appreciated by some of our current clients, it also opens the door to more fraud and abuse from new orders, as well as some challenges when processing refunds.

To help mitigate some of the risks of accepting cryptocurrency payments, it would be beneficial to us to add an option to disable a payment method for new clients.
Only accounts with an active service or previous transactions should see the respective payment method.

With cryptocurrencies having increased adoption and slowly becoming the norm, I think WHMCS should adapt to the challenges that come with transacting with them.
